  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • .25 teaspoons pepper
  • .5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • .5 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese (or substitute mexican cheese blend)
  • 12 ounces pepperoni
  1. Heat oven to 425°F
  2. In a small bowl, mix together tomato sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, oregano, 1 teaspoon of rosemary until combined
  3. On a floured surface, punch out dough into 2 14" rounds
  4. Brush olive oil onto 2 rimless baking sheets
If using rimmed baking sheets, flip them over so the heat gets to the crust evenly.

  7. Evenly spread sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni onto each dough round
